What is open theism?

"Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began," 2 Timothy 1:9
Open theism is the belief that God does not know what will happen in the future. According to this school of thought, God only knows possibilities based on our attitudes. Those who defend this line argue that if God knew everything that would happen, there would be no human freedom. It's a form of reasoning that also enters the field of Philosophy.
However, this reasoning is fallacious. A person can know that something bad or good will happen, have the power to prevent it from happening, and still do nothing and respect the freedom of others. This is what happens with God. He already knows everything that people will do, but he doesn't interfere in everything so that people have their freedoms respected and don't become robots.
Biblically, the thought of open theism also doesn't make sense and can be considered heretical. In Isaiah 46:9-10, God demonstrates that he knows all things beforehand and even uses this as a way to show his difference from false gods. 2 Timothy 1:9 reveals that he already knew about the fall of humankind from the beginning and that, therefore, he prepared Christ's redemption on the cross. There is no way out for open theism.
